Refund & Cancellation Policy – RinxaPay

Effective Date: 19.04.2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all transactions processed through RinxaPay.com, operated by RinxaPay Services.


📌 General Policy

Once a transaction has been successfully processed and the amount is credited to the registered beneficiary’s bank account, no refund or cancellation will be possible. This applies to all payments made towards:

  • Rent
  • Security deposits
  • Maintenance charges
  • Tuition fees
  • Utility bills
  • Vendor payments
  • Service-based transactions

RinxaPay is a payment facilitation platform and does not hold or delay payments once processed. Hence, refunds are only applicable if a transaction is still pending or has failed but the amount has been deducted from the source.


🕒 Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

If you have made a transaction on RinxaPay and wish to cancel or request a refund, you must:

  • Send an email to support@rinxapay.com
  • Within 1 hour of completing the transaction
  • Include the Transaction ID and valid reason for cancellation

Requests submitted after 1 hour will not be entertained unless the amount has not yet been credited to the beneficiary.


💰 Charges on Refund/Cancellation

For every valid refund or cancellation request, the following charges will apply:

  • 2% Refund/Cancellation Processing Fee
  • Convenience/Platform fee (originally charged during transaction) will not be refunded

⏳ Refund Timeline

Once your cancellation request is verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
  • The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method

Refund initiation is subject to the confirmation of:

  • Payment not being settled to beneficiary
  • Transaction not being flagged for suspicious activity
  • User’s compliance with platform’s Terms & Conditions

⚠️ Important Notes

  • RinxaPay does not offer partial refunds once a payment is credited in full to a beneficiary.
  • Transactions made in violation of our Terms of Use are not eligible for refunds.
  • Self-transactions or circular payments to your own accounts are strictly prohibited and non-refundable.
